Dr. Mitchell and her staff are amazing. I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and had another appointment scheduled for in August to put in a filling for a tooth that trapped food. They worked their magic and did both yesterday, so I don’t have to come back in August. That to me is going above and beyond.

Dr. Mitchell, as well as her entire staff, greet you with such empathy and calm as you first enter the office. It's obvious from the upbeat atmosphere throughout the entire office that everyone is on-point with the patient foremost in their minds. Great effort and concern is given in making sure that the patient is aware of what is being done and why. Dr. Mitchell works methodically in her work to ensure that her patients have the very best results as possible as well as making the process as pain free as possible.

My son's graduation was coming up in a few months and I dreaded going because of my dental problems....Dr. Mitchell and her staff showed me how they could have these problems fixed before his graduation date. With the pre-planning, phone call reminders for my appointments and much work on her part, Dr. Mitchell not only restored my smile but also my faith in there being "Exceptional" dentists out there!!

I recently moved to Newberg and took a gamble on a new dentist, not wanting to procrastinate a cleaning and cavity fill at this time. I felt incredibly safe with the Staff and their calm, competent Covid procedures. Each person in this office works as a team, and the lovely support staff went the extra mile to research my insurance coverage! My hygienist took the time to actually TALK to me even though I could tell they were busy. She made me feel I was the only person on her books. I never had a great experience at a dentist, but this truly was.

I love this place! The staff is so nice and they really just treat you like family! You feel welcomed and they are genuinely happy to see you! I love all the Covid safety measures they are taking and hiw they make ne feel at about it!
